First, a great big Texas THANK YOU ! to Mike and Cheri (Mr. & Mrs. Retreever) for putting together the Friday night get-together at Pappa's Barbeque. Lots of fun and more than one lie was told!

How about an update on the Saturday party? I wanted to attend but was whipped from working at the show every day starting Tuesday.

Mike and Cherie and Die out Jagter and wife and others did a fine job organizing the sat evening meet and greet. good food, good folks, a small gun show and lots of stories flying about! Tony (450 Nitro) was , as usual, in fine form and had us all laughing. Like the DSC show, it looks like we need more room for next year! Got to see some old friends and make new aquantinces, new stories are always good! My wife had a great time as well, and hopefully, we will be there next year! Lee.

Fri night was enjoyable and was actually able to talk to everyone. The noise level was down from last year. Thanks to Mr/Ms Retreever, Mile and Cherri, for orchestrating the event. Actually a good convention for the economy and booked another hunt. I do my part when it comes with parting with my stimulous check.

Best of luck to Karl in the new year.
Hope we don’t have to wait a whole year before we can have another gathering. Maybe something with some “range time”.

lee440, Joyce is not my wife but Frank Bellers wife and if hadn't been for her the Saturday get togeather would not have happened. She is a really great lady and Frank is the luckiest man around for sure. Mike and Cherie were a great help with the Polish sausage a/k/a Kilbasse and Mike handled the cup very well thumb. Tony as usual out lasted Frank and I with some great stories, thanks Tony. 470 Capstick loved those nuts. Karl and I got to meet face to face and had no problems, found we had some friends in common in RSA. I was good to See Vaughn and his family, that baby is a cutie! Put a lot of faces to names which is always good and now when I disagree with some I can post just as if we are face to face Big Grin. It was a great time and looking forward to next year, but I guess we will have to find a new location with the show moving, anyone have any ideas?

Bill, Texas a bit far for range time for me, but you are most welcome to the AR Eastern gathering probable in July or August in Pa. Smiler

One foot note the Sat evening almost got off on the wrong foot - some of us started talking about the Political Board and that was not a good thing so we changed the subject Big Grin.
Cheers.

My thanks to Retreever (Mike) and Die Ou Jagter (Ed) and aby others I missed who took the time and made the effort to set up the Saturday event. It was great to put faces with names and get to know some of those we share experiences with.

PS - that Polish sausage was wonderful! What brand or where can we find it?

Thanks to Mike and Cherie and all others who set up both the Friday and Saturday night get togethers. My wife and I had a good time at booth and enjoyed meeting a few of the "regulars" on AR. A very good convention as well for htose who missed it. It is great to meet with so many PH's and talk hunting.

Cheers,

Bill

Absolutely enjoyed myself! It was a pleasure meeting everyone Friday night! This was my 18th Anniversary so I took the Wife out on Saturday eve. I didn't get her talked into an Elephant hunt as an anniversary present, so I have to come back next year and try again!
