Great vid. Store it in the "Another hapless moron photo tourist almost becomes a statistic in Africa" file. We know too well how people in these situations end up in the news - hopefully these people escaped unscathed. Many more have died trying to get that up close "cute baby elephant pic" these outfitters should know better.

i seem to recall several posts on AR recently that in a bluff charge an ele has his ears out and his head high. seems to me this mama had the same posture and carried the charge through. moral of the story- you never know and every situation( and elephant) is different. maybe this one forget to read the book!
