Disregarding all the media, I have personal friends from South Africa, either working here, or visiting us frequently.

Every single one of them never stops speaking of the unimaginable crimes in South Africa.

What if we could send everyone back that wanted to go with a one way First Class seat on a Airbus. Give each of them as much as 1.5 Million in cash but they have to renounce their citizenship and never to return. Give all of the liberals the same option. It will save our nation trillions. Imagine the chaos that would occur in Africa.

I too have friends RSA, educated professionals and also average blue collar types, that help me keep apprised of the RSA scene.

Yes, there is lots of violence and crime there. Joberg is technically a "war zone" as one medical doctor there told me. That's what happens after a century of apartheid and 20 years of a "fight for freedom". (I will probably live long enough to see things go wing-ding in Saudi Arabia as it works through its upcoming transition.)

No White South Africa is completely safe in some places, especially JB. ( Also in Canada and USA.)

The bill board, the Black Land First movement/assholes and this thread are examples of how easy it to enflame an issue with a little bullshit. Dull people really run with bullshit. That GD Trump did it a while back with his stupid statement over farm murders in RSA. (Some White South African were jumping with joy and thought Trump was the real deal. Victor- I have to respectively disgree with the rankings listed in the "Reporters Without borders" website. Anyone reading international news(web or print) on a regular basis would as well. My point is that over the last 10-15 years the Black on White violence in RSA has not been well covered with the exception of the odd, sensationalized piece that will cover a front page somewhere, then disappear. My assumption was that it was in some manner suppressed. Am I wrong there?
