I set foot back on American soil August 3, 2008. My taxidermist in RSA (not dip and pack)is ready to ship COMPLETED trophies as soon as payment is received. I know they did not receive the trophies for at least a month after my return. I do not think it is a scam, as they are friends and one of the largest firms of their kind in RSA. Regardless, I am still miffed by the turn-around.

Are these skull mounts or shoulder mounts? I didn't think it was possible to get hide tanned that fast?

It is Kwiktan. The owner's family and my father are friends. I am still in awe. Mostly shoulder mounts, a few skulls, and flatskins. I did not think hides could be tanned that fast either.

My taxidermist here in Oz usually has a 3 month turnaround on shoulder mounted deer. Definately no compromise on quality!!!
