Agreed. It is shocking how disconnected from real world facts such policies are. It makes me wonder about their thought processes. I guess it all comes down to swaying with what they think popular attitudes are, regardless of how stupid. And Kenya is REPEATEDLY a leading CITIES voice and author of purposed wildlife policy in Africa. Talk about 'Dracula giving advice on guarding the blood bank!'
