End of Rhino darting?
I understand that under the new South African hunting regulations it will no longer be possible to do Rhino dart hunts beginning June 2007. Not that this was ever on my list of priorities but I suppose if some of you have 4 out of the Big Five this would have been an option you were considering. Is this information accurate?
By the way, if someone does want to dart a Rhino before then, in what is now called "Greater Kruger" (formerly fenced properties bordering the Kruger which have taken down their fences along the Kruger border) then I do know of one hunt with PH Jan Dumon. He has an all-in plains game + Rhino darting for around $7,500. He's got an e-mail address: mwshumba@mweb.co.za
