Besides blocking the sidewalk where my patients were blocked from getting in my office, besides the pouring rain, he told me it wasn't his job to put it inside or help me just his job to deliver it to the address! He would not allow me to use his dolly to move the shipment. Needless to say I couldn't move it so I unpacked it in the pouring rain.

The shipment made it all the way from Namibia to the front sidewalk of my office before I had the fist major problem. R&L Carriers should be on everyone's list to avoid.
