My trophies arrived today about 10:00 am. R&L Carriers was responsible for the final leg of the long journey. First, I received phone calls after 7:00 pm with a voice message to return their call. First, I didn't know the number because the phone message did not say who they were or what it was in reference to but when I returned their call I was told it was after hours and to call during business hours,,, they had just called! I called them Monday and they wanted my tracking number, well,, the tracking number wasn't part of the voice message. While I was asking if maybe this was hunting trophies the person on the phone was laughing and having a conversation with someone else in the office so I could not tell when she was talking to me or what was going on. Finally after waiting for her to find the shipment she told me the shipment would be delivered Today between 12:00and 5:00pm. I had the fore sense to hook on to my cargo trailer and drive it to work because it has been raining for days. The driver dumped the shipment on my sidewalk in front of my ofifce in a pouring rain!!! Besides blocking the sidewalk where my patients were blocked from getting in my office, besides the pouring rain, he told me it wasn't his job to put it inside or help me just his job to deliver it to the address! He would not allow me to use his dolly to move the shipment. Needless to say I couldn't move it so I unpacked it in the pouring rain.

The shipment made it all the way from Namibia to the front sidewalk of my office before I had the fist major problem. R&L Carriers should be on everyone's list to avoid.
