Is it real or is it photo shopped? Just wondering since I got suckered into that big elephant in Dande.

Horn shape tells it all. (Immature mt. nyala don't look anything like this!) Anything near 40" is fantastic.

Great trophy.

I think the real size would be better appreciated with the hunter sitting next to it rather than a few feet behind.

Truly great trophies need no help with subject location, angles, perspectives etc.

Magnificent trophy--we think-

The trophy would be better shown if the hunter had a picture of him close enough to actually touch the horns--

We have two threads going on what are Deceptive pictures--

Lets get real folks

Sean:

A similar setup as Walter's AR Buffalo photo.

Nevertheless, that Nyala still has some impressive headgear but as you correctly stated, a closer shot of the hunter next to the horns would have given more credibility to the photo.

Interesting, people now talking about the placement of the hunter in the photo, would this even be talked about if KPete had not pulled what he did. By the way 40" Mt Nyala would probable rank in the top ten of that org we don't want to talk about in a positive way.

In the Pics the client is sitting directly behind the Mountain Nyala. He is not a few feet behind as some people have mentioned. But for the benefit of those that think there is some foul play here is a photo of the Client sitting level with the body. You can see his foot is underneath the tail.

In the interest of complete disclosure--I refuse to pose behind my trophies on my own hunts, really bugged my PH in Zim. Beside them gives the perspective I want--
