This is the website for safaripress.com

Maybe some of you use them often, I never have. Satisfied customers? THE PERFECT SHOT comes highly recommended.

Safari Press is a very good source and a very reliable company. I have at least 8 books that I've purchased through them.
Take good care,

I bought a book from them this weekend in Dallas. It just happened to be the perfect shot that you are describing. I have not been able to put it down. The people in the booth were very nice, I do not think you will have any problems ordering from them.

TheBigGuy,

I have bought several books from Safari Press. No problems with them, fast delivery.

The Perfect Shot is a must read for anyone headed to Africa.

Cabelas has it for $5.00 less (but I don't know what the shipping costs are Safari Press v. Cabelas).

This is also a handy book African Hunter Pocket Shot Placement (and it makes a nice little gift to leave with your PH).

Regards,

Terry

I have been dealing with them for many years, and they have always been very professional.

Their service is very quick, and the people I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and kowledgeable.

There selection and service is outstanding. I've bought a lot of books from them. Probably 25 or 30. I've never had a single complaint.

I am another very pleased customer!
But when ordering used books my favourite supplier is Alibris. They are also very professional, quick and reliable.

I was delivered last week. They are very pro, very fast, spotless service.
They have exclusive books, books not sold in Bookstores.
Some are numbered and signed, the drawback is they are not cheap.
Foxy guys, they send a season catalogue. This way You can have a look at their full offers and You resist so You order again and again.

I've bought from them, with no problems.

However, being from Canada, the shipping and exchange rate was a problem. I found I could buy SP's books from Canadian retailers for less than I could get them from SP themselves.

Another GREAT website for books is Trophy Room Books

Ellen and Jim Herring are a pleasure to deal with. I have been buying books from them for years, and would recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.

I HAVE BOTH
"Perfect Shot" books for Africa AND North America and both are excellent.

AS for Safari Press, I have ordered from them several times and they are just simply a very professional operation and I am sure I will be ordering from them in the future.

You might find a place to buy books that is just as good, but you won't find one that is better, IMO!

Good service to Norway as well. Will place an order for African Hunter II and some other books any day. The exchange-rate makes the deal pretty goodnow..

Safari Press is a great outfit with many books that can't be found anywhere else. Excellent service and responsiveness, too.

Plus, it's owned by Ludo Wurfbain, an accomplished African hunter--featured in several of Craig Boddington's books.

Wurfbain also owns the new SPORTS AFIELD magazine and it's now very oriented towards hunting in general and Africa in particular.
