My son Tom (in the picture) and I have just completed a hunt in Lunga Luswishi down river from Royal Kafue and came across this pick up in camp.



A rough measurement would put this monster at 16 feet and looking at the girth of the skull this relic must have been a true river monster in it's time.

Young Tom is turning into quite the strapping young lad. Give him my best and ask him if he remembers our great Roan water hole hunt.
