We usually use a shotgun and # 4's for these. In this case the client had some solids for his 7 MM Rem. Mag. that worked very well.

Solids in small calibers are an excellent choice for the smaller antelopes. less damage to the cape which on some species such as Klippspringer can be a good thing.

Rich -- that appears to be one very happy client, and understandably so.

Thanks for the pictures.

Wow! Don't know why but I thought Ethiopia was a barren wasteland with nothing but poverty and disease. Looks like you have some decent hunting there, I keep thinking you're saving the best for last I want to see that 17+foot Croc.

Is that a happy client or PH?

Just got home from my trip to Africa and got to say if you want to see numbers of Dick-Dick, man Tsavo is full of them. We saw literally hundreds of these little Antilope which we thoroughly enjoyed watching.
PS; I hope they open hunting in Kenya soon..
