It looks like the big tuskers gene pool is still going strong in the Kruger National Park of South Africa. These are two of the bulls I found in July around Letaba and Satara rest camps I found these guys as identified as some of Kruger's current big boys http://www.sanparks.org/parks/...tuskers/emerging.php My daughter were introduced to the Magnificent 7 at the elephant hall in the Letaba rest camp. Please share if you have photos of some of the current big tuskers in Africa Gerhard FFF Safaris Capture Your African Moments Hunting Outfitter (MP&LP) Proffesional Hunter (MP&LP) History guide Wildlife Photographer www.fffsafaris.co.za

Thanks for sharing. Just look how old those bulls are, how indented their temples are. Magnificent, two different forms of ivory, short and thick and loooong and thinner. I think the genes are still there, just takes age.
