I don't want to start a discussion on the merits or not of the Blaser - my boss (my wife) loves hers, and swears by it.

So, I need to get a bipod adapter for her, for an upcoming hunt, and was wondering if anyone knew of another make / model than the Vektor product, which seems quite large for just a harris bipod. I don't understand what the protrusion is for...

The Vector mount is for a VersaPod bipod.....the bipod is QD and fits over the protusion. Has a built in swivel to attach sling.

Theres a spot in the Blaser to drill a hole for a threaded insert to mount a Harris.....or some folks have mounted a short pice of rail for a tactical type clamp.
