Caught the last half of a history channel TV show last week. There were 2 soldiers (from I think they said Ft Brag) demonstrating how they set-up, read the mirage and make a 1,000 yd one shot hit.

During the set-up the shooter distinctly said he was shooting a "33 Magnum". the rifle looked like a Rem M24.

So...Does anyone know what "33 mag" cartridge he could have been referring to?
