I am looking to convert my Rem R-15 in .223 to 20 Tactical. Can anyone recommend a good smith?

I did a lot of research several months ago on Smiths to do exactly what you want built.

Unfortunatly, the funds for the build got redirected into things that may not be available in the near future, however, the build is not cancelled, just postponed.

I was very impressed with Dan Carey. I was impressed with the quality of the components used, his knowledge and time line. He has a very good reputation for building quality stuff.
