Not that I know of. The .25WSSM is available in the AR15, and it has higher pressure, so I suppose it is possible.

Contact SSK and see if they will build you one.

A gentleman named Lloyd DeSantis owns RND Manufacturing (http://www.rndrifles.com)

He makes AR style platforms for everything from .223 (RND 400) to .50 BMG (RMD 3000). The .280 isn't listed on his site but give him a call and I bet he can make anything you want.

Everything he makes is excellent…………but bring your wallet.

The 284 case is longer than the 308 family of cases so they won't fit in the AR10 length magazines.

Yeah I've been researching this more thoroughly and it will have to be a custom job top to bottom. I think its a great cartridge. I have the 450 bushmaster and the 30 RAR and both are excellent, I'm really impressed by the 30 RAR's results in the field.
