Awaiting with baited breath; hope it filters down to the civilian market soon: http://www.sako.fi/sako_trg_m10.php ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “A man can never have too much red wine, too many books, or too much ammunition” ― Rudyard Kipling

Let's hope it's not as overpriced as the Tikka T3 Sporter which can be Semi custom built with adjustable everything for half the price (at least in Aust). .

Not sure what is meant by "new" TRG Sako rifle? Noted your location, but these rifles are available to any citizen here that does not have an issue with a background check. It is merely a very accurate bolt gun frankly no more dangerous than a Remington 700 Varminter w/ optics and skilled operator. Either can be put to wrong application is my point. Just curious for see the TRG's on firing lines from time to time, but cost is high in the 3-$4,000.00 range depending on stock system. I have the Tikka T3 Tactical, 7.62NATO and it is an extremely accurate rifle and been treated roughly and never a problem. Don't think Beretta imports them anymore and perhaps they don't import the TRG's either, not sure??

The Sako website home-page states that a 2011 model TRG (denoted the TRG ''M10'') is due for release on Tues Sept 13th 2011. But the website states that they are for Mil/LE use only! I agree that this is a strange marketing policy, as they are still bolt guns and thus inherently no different in lethality to other bolts. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “A man can never have too much red wine, too many books, or too much ammunition” ― Rudyard Kipling
