Thanks for the info. The one that I have is very tight and is in very good condition inside and out. It has not been refinished. It is a very interesting looking long gun and now hangs on the wall in my Adirondeck room. I have no intension to shoot it, and when I tried to chamber a modern shotshell it would not close. The old brass shotshells will.
