Need some help to ID this gun. The specs are, SxS, gauge?, double triggers, double side hammers, on left side it says Janssen Sons & Co, on right side it says Interchangable, on top of left barrel it says Choke Bored, on rib between barrels it says Belgium Laminated Barrel. Our good neighbor passed away and this was one of the guns that was in their family. Thanks for the help. Kelly | ||

There were lots of Belgian made SXS made around 1890, and the Laminated means Damascus steel/iron hammer welded barrels. DO NOT FIRE this, because the corrosion from the old corrosive primers and powder can eat into one of the thousands of weld seams in the barrel wall, and let go right into your left hand, or face.
