I have come across a Mauser 2000 in a 243 in what I consider to be original and probably unfired condition. I know the rifle was manufactured by Heym and its a pushfeed action. Is this rifle considered to be collectible/ desirable? What would a good example be worth in the U.S. or anywhere else? Although its not an M98 action it sure makes a good rifle for someone who wants a 243 in something a little different to what is available on the market today. I am considering it purely for an investment point of view but my gut feeling is that it is not a collectible Mauser. Any advice or comments would be appreciated. Mlg. | ||
