picked up one of these w/o really paying attention to what it was; just saw a good 98 to strip for action and really cheap. after getting into it and determining what it was i hate to. can't find in the blue book or traders guide (not saying isn't there just i can't find it) what is a ballpark value of one of these in good to approaching vg condition externally, shootable and decent tho not mint bore, no import marks and matching #'s? i'm going on assumption here this is trading stock and i should find another candidate for rebarrelling.

Is it a military contract FN, like a Venezuelan, or an FN commercial?

per olsen's book was for the belgian gov't. carries a crown over large "B" crest and arsenal date of 1952. i'm familiar w/ the commercial one you mention and unfortunately this is NOT that one. way i read olsen, IS mil contract but was for belgium itself instead of export.
