Don't forget the other great Wildcats that will work! .35/348 Winchester is very good, it gives you a common bullet diameter that is enough Bigger then the 8MM when reboring the barrel to clean up the Roughest Bore without making the barrel to thin. Also this case is Very easy to form unlike the 8X52R Siamese ( I know i've made these before ) lastly these cases are very similar in shape to the siamese so they feed very well. For the .348 or .45-70 based cases you will have to have the bolt face slightly opened up! The three Best choices for rebarreling are the .45-70 Gov't, .450 Alaskan or (my personnel Favorite) the .50 Alaskan!!! I hope this Helps and Good Hunting! | ||
