Is anyone familar with how to ship a pistol to Europe from the states. Is is possible and what's involved?

Antique or modern?

Modern requires the use of a licensed exporter who must be qualified with the Department of State and a munitions export permit must be obtained. Simpson Ltd is a licensed exporter I think they charged about $250 to export an item.
