Gentlemen --
Mauser 98 ERFURT 1907. .. Original military configuration, straight bolt, with what looks like some kind of crown on the front bridge ... 3 similar but much smaller crowns on the right side of the front bridge and under each a letter? in what looks like old English "font" or old Germanic "font" ... matching #'s ... blue book of gun values does not show these markings/crowns ... Want to find out more about this rifle. Where to look? Any good web sites? Thanks in advance for any help.
Regards --

Try "MAUSER MILITARY RIFLE MARKINGS" by Terrance Lapin.....he's actually my neighbor and the book is extremely informative.
