When i was out with my bow Monday, i was cresting a small rise in the trail. A black cat came into view. Probably the same stray i shot with my air rifle on the first day of squirrel season. It was crouched down behind some small logs, probably after chipmunks. Thought it was about 10 yards, (anyway that's the pin i used) and took a shot. Possibly because arrow starts low, so it deflected off dirt because i wasn't quite over the hill, just at eye level, which is why the cat didn't see me. The arrow went in the dirt and not the logs so it didn't hurt the broadhead....or the cat
