Chopper, my friend was over today and I had to move his two prong, spring loaded rest a little. Well, the darned screw also loosens the verticle adjustment so I didn't know where it was before. He shot vane tear high every time so I moved the rest up a little at a time until the arrow was level. The tear was still vane high. (two cam Golden Eagle) He shoots a loop. I then started turning up the weight and when I got 1-1/2 turns on it, he had bullet holes. He was popping little balloons at 30 yds after that. I also have my Mirage shooting great by going to a 3/4" shorter arrow. This allowed me to recover some of the weight on the limbs and some velocity. The two cam bow shoots tail low with too weak of an arrow. I have three Brownings, Mirage, Midas and Maxim hunter. All 60 to 80# I love them and see no reason to ever buy anything else. These will last me until I can't draw them. I understand that the one cam bow is different, but I have no experience with them. Anything you tell me about them adds to my knowledge and I am grateful. One thing I have noticed is that after sending out my bow tuning information to many people, I am now starting to see it in magazines. When I developed this system years ago, had it copyrighted and tried to sell it, I got rejected every time. Now I give it away. You fellow bowhunters are more important to me anyway. All I want you to do, is when you read the latest tuning information, is to remember it was mine to start with. In 1962 I developed the lighted sight pins. I didn't have money for a patent search or lawyer. I even used fiber optic strands from Radio Shack. Target archers seen me using them for night owl shoots and it wasn't long until they were on the market. My loss again for being poor. Just want you to know, I am no beginner.

I scanned my original sights and am trying to get them here. I don't know why this site is so hard to get a picture on. I have Windows ME and can't seem to make the picture transfer work.

BFR, This sight does no store the photos. You need to have the pictures hosted in order to display them. If your ISP does no have a "hosting" plan (usally 10 megs or so) send them to me and I'll host them for you. PM me for my address

Bfrshooter, like amosgreg said, AR doesnt provide file storage. But either I are amosgreg can provide the file storage for it if you want to display your pic on the net. Just PM me or amosgreg and one of us will set it up for you. Redneck Outdoors is a forum that I am going to bring to life soon. Created it a while back and just havent had time to get it rolling. Still needs a little work, but I think it will address the Archer under the Archery section a little better than a general archery topic.
