I posted this topic in big game hunting but since I'm going to use this toy mostly for archery I'll see what the stick and string boys think about these two. I'm torn between the Bushnell Scout and The Leica LRF 800. I like the Bushnell because it's small and will fit in a shirt pocket. I like the Leica because I've used a friends and it's a great piece of equipment. I know the Leica costs a bit more and I don't care. I won't try to save $100.00 only to end up with crap equipment. Does anyone out there have enough experience with both of these models to giva an unbiased opinion?

migra,I have the Leica and am very happy with it. I bought it originally for long range rifle work, but I am doing mostly bowhunting this year and it works well for close work too.It has a very precise target area. I haven't anything to compare it to,though. Good hunting, Russ
