I just purchase a LX and will not buy another bow. I had a Bear and a Jennings. Sold them both after I shot the Matthews LX.

My last 2 bows were an MQ1 and a Q2. Never had a complaint about either of these bows. Extremely forgiving, Quiet all around great shooters, but I believe I am going to try a Bowtech Patriot this year.
I thought I got away from the speed bows when I sold my High Country split force back in '98 but I have shot a couple of Bowtech's the last couple of weeks and couldn't believe how smooth and quiet these bows are for how fast they shoot!

My Ben Pearson is pretty nice and I could have bought two for what people spend on Matthews. It is fast and a whole lot quieter than any bow I have ever heard. There are so many bows out today I guess you really cant say who is the best but, on some you mainly buy the name.
