I still could not find a doe. I got the eight point last week and wanted better meat. A spike buck came in this morning and the only place I could shoot at it put me out of alignment because I was sitting. My left arm swung hard left at the release and of course the arrow went far left. Darndest thing though, the buck started to move at the shot and I hit him in the spine right behind the head dropping him on the spot. Who says luck doesn't play a part in this game. This was the biggest luck shot I ever had. I didn't practice at all last summer because of too much work, heat and WV black flies that eat me up. This is the result---A LUCK SHOT!

Like the saying goes" Id rather be lucky than good" That also applies in bowhunting, SOMETIMES!
