I have two early model Ten Point crossbows with red dot scopes. I'd like to upgrade to solid, magnified illuminated reticle crosshair scopes. Are there any made without all the lines/circles for various ditances? I want to sight it in for 25 yards tops and stick with that. I'm a meat hunter & have no problem passing on far shots, no matter how big the buck is. Hunting will occur in eastern Pa. woods/ orchards. Close shots. Thanks.

Take a look at the scopes sold by Excalibur for their crossbows. I don't like scopes with multiple horizontal lines either . Excalibur just uses small lines for elevation adjustment. They offer an illuminated model. Also look at the "crossbones" scope from Leupold, but I don't think that one is offered in an illuminated version. Tom Z NRA Life Member
