Seems like there's a safty problem with Mathews bows.
People shooting at targets and/or hay bales shoot an arrow, then look down range and don't see any arrow in the target, so they walk down there to get a closer look. While they are standing there, in front of the bale, the arrow finally arrives............

Man thats pretty harsh , I'm sure that your not gonna be real popular with the Mathews boys shortly

Do you shoot a mathews or just bashing a little
I never hear any mathews owners say anything bad about their overpriced toys

If speed wins every time, then why do they have NASCAR races weekly?, instead of just awarding the trophy to the pole sitter! [Big Grin]

Guys, Are we really going to start this again? The only place it really matter anyway is in the woods and my Mathews has always came thru. It has no problem filling both of my buck tags EVERY year along with 1/2 dozen or so does. Shoot straight and be safe!!!!!

If you want 330+ fps then go ahead and shoot a 5" brace heigth and 60% let off with a 3 grain per lb arrow. I like consistency and I like my bushings. What did you say? I couldn't hear you over you bow noise. 290 is fast enough for me for a 28.5" draw at 30 grains over 5 grains per lb. You guys just don't know how to set a bow up properly.

Just doing a littel Mathews bashing, and just kidding.
I know Mathews makes fine bows. It's just Mathews and mathews owners are so quick to bash other bows, I though I would razz em a bit.
