Just wanted to see who was bowhunting whitetails and how they were doing. I have been out once and was lucky enough to harvest a nice buck in Maryland:

I took a 10 year hiatus from bow shooting-never did hunt with one. I bought a Diamond Black Ice this past July to carry into the field. So far, scouting looks promising, I'll let you know later next week.

Bow season starts 10/1. I am anxious to get out.

Bow season opens saturday, so I haven't been out yet. Congrats on a nice deer to start the season!

Looks like he broke your arra. Did he go down when you shot him?

What part of Md you huntin? I've hunted up there a bit in several counties.
