They blow up nicely when hit, if you don't mind BLOWING them up first. You can stick them on with hot melt glue. Despite a heavy crosswind, i managed 6 out of 8 shots at 40 yards.

Those too easy--so bright. Go to AIDS foundation and they will give you clear ones.

I like shooting balloons too

I use heavy T-pins and pin the necks to the target. Works good and not as messy as glue.
