I used the B52 heads in 2002 and the Montec's last year for deer. Probably the B52's have the best durability, usually even hitting heavy bone won't damage them. The Montec's tips get mashed up or flattened pretty good when you hit something heavy, but they can still be used for practice after. I have never noticed bending on either head type. With these two great broadheads, I am not looking for any other.

I struggle to sharpen my broad heads, tried all the patents, but can't get them to shave the hair in my arms.
The G5 3-blade can be places on a glass surface with fine sandpaper, then sharpened on 3 surfaces only, obviously at 30 degrees. It comes as a unit, so strikes me as a strong construction for thick bones animals.
What say the experts?
Lochi.
