First of all, if you screwed up ligaments, it is highly unlikely that 2-3 days is going to do it as far as healing. I messed up my shoulder about 10 months ago, shot winter leagues, then took three months off. After three months of rest, my shoulder is about 95%. Injuries take a while to heal. More realistically, I think you have probably just been over practicing. Shooting 50-150 arrows daily is really too much practice in my opinion. You would be better off, especially if you are younger, to practice with 30-40 GOOD shots ever other, or every third day. Let your muscles rest on the off days.
