Im considering putting in for a N.R. tag for Zone 6 (Southeast) Iowa for 2004 season and wondered if any of you have ever put in and gotten one. I have been told that I probly wont get one my first year but have a good chance for 2005 if I dont draw for 04. Do any of you have experiance in drawing or applying for Iowa? Any info would help.
