Never apologize for killing a Buck or Doe of any size they are all good eating. Unless you get a Buck that is exceptionally old he might stink, and be tougher than an old boot, but with a good meet tenderizer and some cold beer I bet he would still be better than most of the Beef steaks I have eaten. Besides you can't eat the rack anyway.
