Yep like thmpr said, Hunting in Alabama is a real pain. It can wear a fellow out. First it that 4-month of thinking you have to go hunting, then its dressing all those damn pesky deer you kill. And then if that's not enough to contend with deciding where you want to hunt on that 700,000 acres of Public Hunting Land that you will have almost to yourself as a bowhunter. Amazingly, a lot of this 700,000 acres of Public Hunting Land is located in some of the best hunting land in Alabama. And open to bow hunters all season, with limited Gun Hunting allowed on some of it. By the way lubbockdave, Private hunting clubs will run on the average of $300. to $800. Cost for Membership dues a year, for most clubs, depending on acreage and lease fees and number of members. And club memberships for Private land isn't a problem to find. Redneck Outdoors | ||
