Due to medical necessity, I am going to a crossbow.

I like the Excalibur 'EXOMAX' and being new to this equipment, I would like to hear what the top or best bolts are for a 225lb, 350fps bow.

Try the above forum link. They can help you right nicely. Go to this site and do a search for "bolt". you can read all day on this search. I'm in the same boat as you. I'm switching to a crossbow due to shoulder and back problems, I'm looking at the 200 lb. Vortex right now. I'll probably have it by next fall. A lot of folks are shooting carbon of course. Due to personal preference, I'll probably use 20" XX78 2216's, 2" Blazer vanes, and 100 or 125 gr. Slick Trick broadheads.
