I have been out of Bowhunting for a while, & I am thinking of selling a few Bowhunting books.

Is there a "web site", where a person can sell bow hunting books? beside e-bay. Amazon.com shows books, but I think it's "geared" more to a business, not an individual selling.

have about 10 different books

one is "in pursuit of trophy whitetails" by Roger Rothhaar

another is "Bowhunting Rutting Whitetails" by Gene Wensel. the only one I can find by Gene Wensel is "Hunting Rutting Whitetails" , but mine says Bowhunting Rutting Whitetails. he signed it (11/16/81) ,

thanks for any help

Why not just put a price to each one and list em in some classifieds?

Lots of archery stuff gets sold in tradgang classifieds ... and the Wensels post there in Pow Wow. Smiler

noboman,

on another forum, I had posted the above same message. some one "jolted" my memory, about how I got Gene's Book. got the book at a presentation he gave in Va. at that time I ordered a tree stand . The tree stand is a Screaming Eagle, from Paul Brunner. still use it every yr. , have shot over 70 deer from it. there is no more solid/better stand ever made than the Screaming Eagle. a little heavy, but unbelievable strong.

one last note, in 1990, I had a gentleman by the name of Dale Dye, in MT. make me a custom recurve. still have it, never shot it.

the day before I started hiking the Applichain trail, in 1990, it arrived at my house. I was gone for 6 months hiking from Georgia to Maine. came back, hurt my sholder playing pickup basketball, & sort of lost interest in Archery.

The bow is a piece of quality workmanship.

will look at the "pow wow" site.

then decide about what is a reasonbale price for the books.

thanks

Gene

I had two Screamin Eagles. I know one got stolen but I think I still have one. Good stands for hangers. I made 5 or 6 of my own off their pattern.

Yup, unless you go to an auction site you must fix a price to the books. Good books sell themselves though.

Sorry to hear of your injury ,,, basketball, you should know better.
