Hi Guys, back in Darwin in between Banteng hunts guiding for Karl Goodhand of "Goodhand Outback Experience" Late Dry Season Banteng hunting is the ultimate. Karl's area is definately an unbelievable experience. Large family herds of over 200 animals as well as bachelor groups and single old bulls. It has it all! I've hunted Banteng for over 25 years now and this is by far the best hunting I've seen.

One more down, one to go until seasons end.
Mel King with her first Dangerous game animal. A beautiful big bodied broomed old bull.
Man you should of seen the one that got away !!!! Would of gone into the Top couple in the book. Witnessed it punching on with other bull whilst the rest of the herd looked on. Pity the shot was a little far for a novice big game hunter to try and take.

Oh.. and as you can see by the size of the crab in the photo we weren't eating too bad either.

Cheers

Peter Mayall

Regarding all of the different bovine species, these guys get my vote for being one of the more handsome in the looks department.

Great specimens!!

Really cool trophies and definitely on my bucket list.

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
