Does anyone have a unit with the standard 3/8 60deg dovetail? Need one about .625ID or less

Jim Wisner USED to make them..maybe he has some left overs..Or You might look at Recknagel part 12610-0160 . That part is kind of a nifty ramp with separate band

I've got one of Wisner's but with .595 ID, could you bore it?

I mill cross DTs in the Recknagel front bands all the time. I have welded up the slot first, usually don't.

I screwed up the last one and need another.
