Any tried Red Dot sights on Springer air rifles? How did the work out and hold up to the recoil?

I would think a 2 moa dot would work well.

Interesting question. My conundrum would be that I’d only want to risk a cheap one, and cheap ones are bound to fail.

Run it by one of the guys over at Pyramyd -- Tom Gaylord if you can reach him. I can't think of a case of a red dot on a springer either -- maybe for good reason.
