I bought a CZ 200T air rifle to use for our junior shooting team as some of the kids are too small for something like an Anschutz 8001. It only weighs 6.6 pounds, but the length of pull is 13.8 inches and the grip for the trigger hand is full sized; it is definitely intended for adults. One of our ten year olds was still able to handle it with the sling and diopter sights.

Seeing how well she was able to hold an Anschutz Achiever with a shorter length of pull made me decide to chop down the CZ.



It was a simple matter to chop the end, lightly sand then stain it. It now has an Anschutz adjustable butt pad installed. The length of pull is 12 inches and the weight is lowered by about 3 ounces.
