I have a 100,000,000,000,000 zim note from the Zimbabwe reserve bank.....(thank you Saeed)

I just checked and the current exchange is a bit over 350 Zim Dollars to one USD.....

Does that mean that my 100 trillion zim note is now worth $270 billion USD?????

I can afford to go hunting again if that's the case.....what am I missing here?

Please do check it out.

If this is true, I have enough to buy Facebook, Twitter, Apple and Google combined. And pay all Trumps debts too!

I will give free hunts to every member of AR - even those who use Blasers, and like fishing more than hunting!

A friend thanked me for the $100 Trillion Zim note I gave him ten years or so ago. He said it was now worth $200 on ebay. I looked and he is right. Seems they have turned into collectors items.

I gave away around 200 of them. The only one I have left is in the trophy room. Not sure why I didn't buy a suitcase full like you did Saeed!

Hope a number of our friends in Zim are hoarding a bunch!

I’ve wondered about this as I’m a “Zim dollar billionaire”, when I was in Zim in March I asked about this and it seems the new Zim dollars are a bit different and the black market exchange rate was about $.70 per US dollar, some connected Zimbo’s we’re buying $10,000 US dollars worth (or more) of Zim bucks on the black market and exchanging them 1 for 2 at the central bank. 30% is a pretty good return on your money. Unfortunately, I wasn’t one of the connected ones Frowner

I myself brought home just shy of $200 Trillion from Zim in 2019. got all the trillions and billions.

I had to give $20 US for the 100T note. the rest were cheaper.

Two other interesting occurances:

in the liquor store in Vic Falls. They had this huge poster of "Africa Wild" in the window - it's sort of a baileys knockoff. Anyway, I wanted a bottle. I gave her a $10 US note, and she wouldn't take it - said it was too old. She took two $5s without hesitation.

And my daughter bungee jumped off the bridge. I paid cash. One of the 20s had a little tear in it - literally a quarter inch tear. The guy wouldn't take it. Had it give him one without a tear....

good fun.

I don't find an expiration date but of this I know.....if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't!
