Cooked over coals and it was bloody beautiful. Even the wife loved it. You know, I posted the pig photo on a Facebook hunting group. ALL the experts jumped in and I had the usual "I wouldn't eat that stinking pig" etc. One bloke said that the pig was stiff and was killed the day before  . Gotta love the experts. Another guy diagnosed mastitis from a photo  . They are THAT good these internet experts.
