Cooked over coals and it was bloody beautiful. Even the wife loved it. You know, I posted the pig photo on a Facebook hunting group. ALL the experts jumped in and I had the usual "I wouldn't eat that stinking pig" etc. One bloke said that the pig was stiff and was killed the day before rotflmo. Gotta love the experts. Another guy diagnosed mastitis from a photo Roll Eyes. They are THAT good these internet experts.

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Nice one bakes.

I tried that venison shanks recipe in beer the other night.
Was pretty good!

I have the chilies coming for this one. I'll try it on the red hind shanks.
