BACK BEFORE ELCTRIC AND CARS i HAD A SKINNING KNIFE WITH A STEEL BEAD ON THE TIP It was from a large butcher shop.gauenteed not to cut a gut!I have never seen one since and was wondering if anyone else has seen them or knows where I can get a couple. Juma(skinner i know) in Uganda would like some to replace his wore out knife

I've seen them but bamned if I can remember where. They're also nice I suppose to avoid scoring the hide when it comes off. I have an "Ontario knife" that's patterened off a
green river skinner and the sharp part of the tip is blunted, it's great for skinning.
