I never seen anything put an edge on quicker. A real dull knife, a minute or two, one that needs a touch up, seconds.

I've used other systems that were simular in design but they did more damage than anything. Thats why I was sceptical when my friend asked me to hand over my blade.

Every one that has let me do their knives has now gone out and purchased one. I can't get the real old timers to budge though.

I have put my Lansky away for good now. I also don't think the styles simular to the Accusharp stand up to it neither. I've tried a few.
