Considering one..6.5ps...26" long and 400fps plus numerous other unique features...

There's a write up in the Sept. 2019 issue of the NRA's American Hunter magazine that compares the Ravin with three other ultra high speed X bows.

I bought a Ravin R9 when they 1st came out. Shot some nice bucks with it, but I honestly never got comfortable with it. I thought it was so unsafe. De-cocking it almost took my finger off once.

I also don't like the re-stringing every 2 years, regardless of shots

I just finally sold it after a year on the classifieds. I only got 1/2 of new and I had offers below that, so they don't hold their value either.

I bought an Excalibur because of it's simplicity and ability to remove string during off season
