lot about el Dorado but never how you should cook it in the best way... has anybody any recipe to recomand?

we cook it just friend with salt and lemmon in a steel pot .Or in a barbecue ,with lemmon and salt ,its delicious meet ,and as many huntres can testify i can eat tons of dorado
